Make espresso as normal, and add to a glass (add ice if desired). Add cream slowly to the espresso (this is to maintain the layers of the drink).

For the pumpkin cream, warm pumpkin puree and whole milk in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, then froth.

Layer pumpkin foam over the cream and sprinkle with spices. Enjoy!
